This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and made us feel welcome. The location is convenient, with easy access to the beautiful Elbe river, and a short drive away from Hamburg. The breakfast spread was satisfactory, and complimentary internet was a bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, especially the rooms and bathrooms which were both large and well-decorated. Additionally, the onsite parking made it easy to park our vehicle of any size, and the hotel's location close to the Elbe river made it an ideal spot for exploring the beautiful surrounding nature.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is great as it's close to the Elbe river near Hamburg, making it easy to reach by public transport. I loved being able to take a short bike ride down to the river and enjoy a pleasant cycle ride along the riverbank. Secondly, the staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful, especially as my German isn't the best. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. It was nice to have enough room to relax and the attention to detail in the decor was a nice touch.

If you're looking for a relaxing stay outside a bustling city near the river, this hotel is perfect. The location is just a short walk from the peaceful Elbe river with a lovely road. Spent Xmas at a hotel near the river. The breakfast spread was charming, with assorted meals and a real xmas tree, which made it very cosy. The location was perfect as it was a stroll to the river, offering a relaxing environment and great scenery. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, giving us great recommendations for some sightseeing.

Although the room had a heater, it was still quite cold. The shower floor seemed to be not accurately slopped and the water kept pooling, and the towels provided were not as absorbent as one would expect.
